Refund dispute

I phoned the call centre on the 15th February to log a refund dispute which I was told it would take 7 to 14 days to be paid, till today I'm still waiting.

I call weekly to follow up and they always ask me to email my bank statement and pop to be refunded of which I have emailed to 4 people already but still nothing.

I don't understand why must a person raise their voice or go to hellopeter before things gets done in this company, this is really pathetic service

And before you ask me to email documents again check with your agents ***, ***, ***, today I emailed to *** and she was very polite and kind so I don't even blame her because it was the 1st time dealing with her.

I expect an immediate refund, I'm not prepared to wait 7-14 days again.
