Refund Deposit/Cancellation of Telkom line

<p>Last year October I followed the necessary procedure to cancel my landline. After sending all the documents needed to cancel the landline, the landline was not cancelled until this year. I contacted Telkom through their facebook page almost every month for the line to be cancelled. Now the landline is finally cancelled, but for some strange reason my R700 depisot is still not refunded. This is has down the most horrible experience I had with a service provider. Through this way I hope to still get my deposit before the year ends. </p>
