Refund delay

I accidentally over paid telkom on an invoice I paid thinking I was paying the balance of what was said to be for a contract they had cancelled. 4 weeks after the payment and me requesting for a refund on the credit amount I still have not received my refund. Every day it's a different story, endless investigations that are baseless and seemingly are a ploy to delay time. I have run out of options I have reverted to requesting legal action as this whole situation is frustrating and personally I feel it's unnecessary.
