Refund

I canceled my router contract with telkom before the cancelation I was told to pay the amount that was due to nearest checkers so that they can cancel for me I did that however to my surprise the very same amount I paid was deducted on my bank account. I called them again to ask for my refund I was told to send my banking details till today I haven't received it since from June till now.
