Refund

Hi team please note that I’m writing this to hellopeter to inform you about the bad service I got from Telkom 15th of May 2025 I mistakenly transferred an amount of 13500 to my telkom closed account I went to the telkom branch and bought all the necessary documents that were needed they gave me a case number and sent me a message that my case is resolved until today I’ve been in and out for the telkom branches and still no outcome with regards to my refund
