Refund

I just need my money back . I placed an order online 11th March 2021 for a phone , order was successful and the initial amount was deducted on the 15th March , i was than told that the phone will be delivered 5 working days after than ...5 working days went by with no phone in sight ..i called back on the 23rd March 2021 to follow up and was told that someone had placed a note on the 17th March 2021 saying the device is out of stock ...i asked when will the device be available but no one knew ..i asked for the case to be escalated so i can get a TAT for the delivery , i was told i would be called back but that never happened . on the 26th March i called to cancel the order and ask for a refund but boy was i in for a surprise , i was told to call so many number my head started spinning in the end i spoke to Samantha Ncgobo who advised she will escalate the case for a refund to be logged and i will be called on Monday , no one called me ..so i called today 31 March to do a follow up and once again i was sent from pillar to post ..call 10213 or call 10210 or call 0810 180 but each time i call a number no one cal help and they send me back to the previous number i just called ...so as it stands i have no phone and no refund .
