Refund complaint

To whom it may concern We have submitted supporting documents for the refund of our deposit of R700 @ the beginning of Sept. 2021 already & up until now, we have not received the refund. We have called Telkom 4 times already & have not received any resolution to this. I have even send an email to management to lay a complaint in Sept & no one has rep**** to my mail.
