Refund - Case Number : ***9
I've opened a case for the refund since 9 November, They said the refund will be processed the payment within 5 - 10 Working days. Today I followed up with one of the consultants to know how far is the refund. The consultant tells me that I'm must wait another 5 -10 workings days.. Seriously I can't wait that long.... Please pay my refund immediately !!!!
