Cancelled my contract on 3 Sep 2024 via a call i reversed the debit order on 26 Sep, on the 14th Oct i made a payment of R508 via payeasy on the Capitec App. on 15 Oct debit order of the same amount of R508 was deducted. i've been calling asking for a refund.

Last week Thulisile Ndhozi logged a request for a refund to the collections department and i provided her with the proof of payment. I am still waiting for my refund.

Can you please confirm that my contract is cancelled and i want my money bank,
