Refund back
I took a contract with Telkom in June and they debited my account in order to verify if my account is working and I was told I will be refunded. I followed up on the 11th with them and a case was logged. I was told I will get my refund with in 9 days, I called again today and I was told my case was not referred to the correct department and they don't know when will I get my refund. I want my money and I will not recommend Telkom to anyone. Their service is not improving at all
