Refund

Telkom just reminded me why i did not want to take out a contract i was charged R1576 for 1 sim which they also cancelled by mistake apparently and now it has become my job to call they every 3rd day. On top of that after giving me another number they don't want to pay me back R 856 which is rightfully mine and to make matters worse you will not get a ****** call from these people. I am disgusted by their service and never again will i take any contract with these people who show no regard for customers, they don't care at all! these are the 2 last ref no: ***2 and ***5 should you decide to attend to my queries. You cancelled the sim i was using and i want my money, its you fault and i should not be paying for it!
