Refund and close the accounts

Bully Telkom, I had a problem with a telkom network, tried calling them still had problems, went to maponya, jabulani mall worst service ever, south gate, the glenn mall and none assistant, getting through customer service is impossible, you will wait for an 2 hours and the line cuts off, even wrote a message on facebook, Finally spoke with one the consultants on 01 April 2025, ref ***A, ***9 I havent used the data but still was told that I wont be able to be refunded, only I can be refunded for lasts month transaction, the rest will not be refunded even if I have not used it, so I was forced that the money should at-least go to a R100 contract, then the will close the unlimited one, yesterday bully telkom took out R524 from my account, can someone please assist with my refund and end this relationship with telkom, my accounts are now more that 2 years
