Refund

I've been seeking assistance from Telkom since Sunday and I haven't been assisted as yet. There's wen foul play with my prepaid account and all 4 consultants hung on me. The last one didn't even hear me out but she ended the call. Her name was Naramadiah or something like that. Can't believe how appaling their service is!! And the thing is I want my data so I can be done with these ******!! I'm besides myself with anger especially because I needed help and the call centre agents are so rude and deliver poor service to their customers!!
