Still waiting for my refund. see comment below from telkom

ase ref ***7 shows you app**** for the cancellation on 18/05/2018 but the cancellation was only done on 2020/07/31. We have logged case ***2 for credits to be passed, our credit management department will be in touch for feedback. ^ML
