Refund

I bought 1000airtym instead of 100in March and I called them requesting a refund and they requested my bank details and my statement where they can send back the money, I did and they promised me dat it will be sent and later the airtym was removed from my phone and I was hoping that I will receive my money back wen I call I was told that the Money was paid into my account and I told them I did not rcv any money, and I kept on following it up until now I never get back my money and airtym was taken aswel
