Refund

The service is absolutely **** honestly. The people in their call centre can’t even give you proper information to make sure that you are advised correctly on what the process are for certain issues. I have called since Monday just for a refund and I get told different stories each day that I ring in. I get asked to submit confirmation of payment which was done but yet they still can’t refund it. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go with Telkom because once have an issue, their customer service is dog ****. I almost feel like they are rejects of actual call centres, because they don’t know what the **** customer service is
