Refund

Dear Telkom How long does one have to wait for a refund almost whole year. My case number is ***1 I have been waiting for refund on Telkom plus since last year. I keep getting told there is no turning around time on when refund will be issued. Your services are bad and unacceptable, it easy for you to debit but to return is take almost a year
