<p>on the 10th March i log a case regarding my airtime that didnt come through onmy phone a month later im still waiting everyday when i call in they tell me the same story still waiting on back office,i have request several times to speak to a supervisor or manager an they are never available to take my call,the agaent will take my details for them to call me back but nobody does,im so gatvol of Telkom why do i need to fight to get my own airtime back that i bought its the 23rd April what are you guys a joke.</p> <p>than on top of it i call in everyday same problem,there's alot of people who are willing to work if you cant sort out your staff than get people who acually wants to work.are you going to take 3months to refund my R50 back cause clearly you people don't know how to do it.</p> <p>funny there's nobody higher than a mananger,who does you manager report to.</p> <p>your call centre people with your supervisor and Manager needs to find out what is customer service cause clearly you dont,Telkom sucks big time.</p> <p>Log the case 10th March</p> <p>still waiting 23 April you do the math</p> <p>case number ********** 7</p> <p>now you going to reply with im so sorry for the inconvience,i want results,which you can even uphold</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
