Refund

Kindly see my formal complaint. I’ve previously requested a refund on my account and I have sent escalation or requests twice and both consultants (Scelimpumelelo Ndlovu and Nompumelelo Dlamini) advise they will open refund request but that was not done.

However when my account was handed over, that was quickly done to ruin my credit score but refund due to me after I have settled my account takes forever with bad service and *********** consultants. Just today I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes when I called in for another refund request.

Urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated as I’m in need of this refund from 2024.
