REFUND!!!

Case#***2, I made a payment on 25-02-2015 of R200 and called in on the 03/03/2015 and spoke Charmaine Mafako to request for a refund as I changed my banking details in the month and was advised that my next instalment due will be on the 20/03/2015 but to my surprise my account was debited for R198.00 on the 28/02/2015.i phoned In the week and was advised its still within Turnaround time, I called today and spoke to Lucy who advised request was closed without even notifying me or anything, she wanted to log a new request I told her not to as I'm not going to wait 72Hours for my money, I want my money refunded back into my bank account by tomorrow morning!!!Sihle(Team leader) advised he can only give me feedback tomorrow which I was not happy with as I need my money in my account by tomorrow.
