Refund

We have been experiencing countless problems with Telkom since we took out a wifi contract. One month Telkom would debit and the next they don't and then end up charging us more for debit order fees. We are due a refund and have been waiting for over 2 weeks and still no one is able to give us a clear indication of when we will be receiving it. We thought Telkom would again not debit so we made an eft payment and then the very next day Telkom debited. Each time we speak to an agent we get a different story. We want our money back or immediately or we will be taking this matter to the ombudsman and the consumer protection agency! I have ever experienced such unsatisfactory service from any other service provider. It is only the 6th of April and already our network has been throttled, how ridiculous! It's a complete *******!!!!
