refund

Good morning ,I need your assistance desperately ,this morning just after 8 I purchase R100 airtime from my Capitec app and by mistake I press another 0 and I end up buying a R1000 after contacting their customer service they refuse to refund me the R900 and they cant tell me what the reason for no refunds ,I need my money back cause that was part of my grocery 😥😥and I'm the only provider in my household that already struggling in this pandemic. please help
