REFUND
Good day<br> <br> My contract with Telkom was cancelled due to Telkom could not give me the speed I've app**** for.<br> To my surprise I was still billed for cancellation charges and monthly fee's???<br> On top of that the dispute I've logged to get my deposit back was REJECTED ref No ***4.<br> You cannot expect that I will be charged for something I never had!!!<br> R700 deposit is due to be paid back to my bank account asap.<br> If my query is not resolved in the next 24 hours I will take this matter to consumer cancel.<br> ***<br> ***<br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> <br> Dimitar Kalaydzhiev <br>
