i am so irritated with Telkom service and that they dont even reply on Helopeter

I haven’t received and communication regarding the below email,ive been making follow up and they said it takes 48hours for the refund its passed 48hours and nothing in my cheque account

Can someone please send this email to Tshepo Makgaka and ask him when am I receiving my Money and may he call me since my account is escalated to him ***.

I am not sure what happened but Telkom debited me R2500 instead of +-600 I am kindly requesting that my account be rectified and I be refunded the difference,this is a huge inconvenience of R1900 that’s suppose to be debit for my credit card on the 22nd below is the email conferming my accounts has been sorted im surprised why being debited such a huge amount I called and was given *** May I humbly get this escalated and my money refunded so my debit order can find money in my account on the 22nd

Im am not happy at al Sibusiso my contract hasn’t been activated I dd not receive any data on the 1st,m still on prepaid,now I am unable to make calls to Telkom numbers May you kindly have a look and advise whats goin on with both contracts
