REFUND!!!

Your company owes me a refund which I have been battling to get for 6 month. after all the phone long phone calls, promises was made but never delivered. I think Telkom is pathetic and has unprofessional staff, even management. I would never recommend anybody to make use of your services as you don't know how to treat paying clients<br> <br> after speaking to many people that had problems with your services, I guess im not the only person that waits for more than 6 months for my refund, some people up to 8 or 10 months. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. you debit me every month end but never bother to pay the money back to me which is owed to me. I would have understood if I had to wait 7 working days but every time when I call they tell me I will be contacted in 14 working days but also never calls me. I cant wait for my contract to expire and close this account as I would never deal with this pathetic, unprofessional company ever again.<br> <br> I have been dealing with a lady in your Back Office in Centurion, Rabia Hassan. whenever I email her, she literally ignore my emails and I have to email her twice after that to get a reply. <br> <br> Treat my like a client!
