Refund

I’ve always been a happy Telkom customer but that ended quite badly. Before my 1st contract I was asked to pay a deposit of R3000 due to my then low credit score. I was told I’ll get it back at the end of the contract. As it was about to end I’ve decided to renew but before I did that I’ve asked if the deposit was going to be affected and the anwer was no it won’t be as is has nothing to do with the upgrade. I’m being sent from here to the and it doesn’t seem like I’m to be refunded this money...an agent told me that the money assists if I perhaps skip a month without paying and I’ve never done that. I’ve decided to put that theory on a test and it failed dismally as I’ve decided to skip one month and that led into my account being in arrears and they closed the case that was logged because they used that as their shield ”you need to pay the amount that you didn’t pay last month and you’ll get the deposit” I’ve decided to pay the money and after 2 days they debited my acc and when querying that they told me that they will refund it (yet another refund) and that I’m also waiting for. A Telkom employee who initiated the contract has been trying so much to assist with this but nothing seems to be happening. Today I’ve received yet another notification that the case was closed because I didn’t make pay, payment which they just DID NOT DEBIT from my acc for some reason...how does one solve this
