Refund

I took a smart broad brand wireless a few years back, I paid it up.

In the end of last year 2021 I took out 2 cellphone contracts with Telkom. The consultant that assisted me picked up that Telkom owes me R1009.22. I have been struggling ever since to get my refund. I have spoken to numerous consultants and gotten so many reference numbers, each one was telling me to wait 7-14 working days, and still no refund. I have asked for a manager to call me and still to date no one has gotten back to me. I regret taking out my 2 phone contracts, cos the service i have gotten thus far is horrible.
