Refiloe Baloyi - What a gem❤️

I have been struggling with connectivity over the past 2 weeks after porting to Telkom and have spoken to several call center agents and I was left frustrated but I must say I was very impressed with Refiloe. She was very thorough in her explanation- she knows her work very well, and she tried to understand my problem to be able to find me the best solution. I loved how respectful and professional she is. She kept telling me what she is doing and how long it will take when putting me on hold. She was just simply the best and very refreshing. She’s definitely one of the best if not the best agent I have spoken to in my life and I hope this will show you that she’s definitely a keeper.
