Reference to do my upgrade

After 13 years of loyal customer to telkom thay can't find my id on there system to do my upgrade and thay allway say we will call you back never got a call back so now I'm in two minds if i should continue my contact with telkom thay treat there customers like **** congratulations telkom you are losing a 13 year loyal customer
