This is with regards to my previous complaint. It is still not been resolved I got a phone call from a lady a month back telling me that the amount for Feb that they deducted from my account will be reimbursed the next day, I still have not received the money in my account and this month more money have yet again been deducted from my account. This is theft and I will take matters further.
