Reference numbers are false bandaids. Telkom is rotten.

I have had no fibre at my place since the 29th Dec. I have called the call centre everyday with my reference be very given a different excuse everyday. I have only had 2 people that might have been helpful, telling me that there are up to 40 of us affected by this. Telkom/openserve think because they have the monopoly in the market that don’t care about resolving issues. After all my frustration I was advised my a technician and someone within Telkom, NOT to use their services as they don’t have the man power to resolve queries and problems. I guess I will now start looking for a new service provider. Any recommendations for a new service provider in the Prestondale area.
