Reference No: SM174726<br> <br> As per your response on my complaint last week Friday the 4th of December 2015 i have yet to receive an email or a call from the store manager at a Telkom store(next to Game) based in centurion mall since it was mentioned on the response that the compliant will be escalated to the manager. Are our complaints been considered or is Telkom just responding to make it look like they are been efficient and doing something about it.
