Keep having intermittent internet service, cannot report my service now, because my last fault reported with intermittent internet service on 27th November 2025 has not been removed from the system after the fault was resolved ,called call centre for faults twice , not much satisfaction, even told them to remove or clear my fault reference from the system so that I can report my current fault with same problem , nothing has been done, it's frustrating when you get no response
