Ok, let's face it, Telkom's customer service in general is absolutely ****, BUT sometimes you get a gem of a person and I had the incredible luck of landing with Rafeeqah of the Social Media team. We started our FB messenger journey at 15:30 and her last message to me was at 19:40! I was helped in the most pleasant and informative manner! This person deserves a double extra bonus this month! Thank you Rafeeqah, you are an absolute star!
