This is the response that I last received to my last report, on the 5 April 2016 at 11.02am. Message read \We will follow up with our mobile team and have a consultant contact you. from Noeleen\" This is the same response that I have received from my previous reports inconnection with my problem. Please tell me if their is no body who can contact me, are they sick, unqualfied or what. The least I expected was a positive response from a company as commited to the public as you advertise."
