I went to Telkom Woodlands to enquire about an ADSL line. The told me my monthly installment will be R186 per month and gave me a contract to sign. We after numourous telephone calls and other corresoondence still can not get a signed contract from them stating that we need to pay a R700 deposit and R564 installation fee! Our line has been disconnected and still awaiting feedback on how they are going to solve this problem . I am not going to pay the additional fees as it was not communicated with me. Poor information from Telkom's side.On the 7th of October 2015, I paid the R700 deposit.
