ref ***2 No resolution! Pathetic service!

2nd time on HelloPeter.com. 3weeks no resolution! Once again going no where with Telkom mobile regarding Ref ***2. Was promised a phone call, but no one called! 04/09/2015 I phoned in yet again to be told they want to close the Ref ***2 because LTE is not available for Voice contracts and only available for Data contracts. After some research I found TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Telkom to say that LTE is available for all Voice contracts!! I am so fed up with Telkom they billing me every month but I am not getting the Signal network I am promised on your Coverage map on telkoms website. No response No resolution!<br> Pathetic Service!<br> Please some one to phone me Urgently back TODAY regarding my ref ***2. <br> if I get no response from Telkom today, the only media who is going to hear from me is Facebook, media24, Cape Argus I've got some news!<br>
