Red flagged

so in May I paid my account a few days late. Now I go to the bank and find out Telkom has red flagged me for R458 of which was paid and I can't get a home loan now. For an account that is fully paid up and I am still using. The ombudsman is going to hear about this - thank you for destroy ing my credit record telkom
