Recycled but not recycled

<p>I signed up for a new contract with telkom. What a mistake.They give me a number that was not recycled so i have some strangers whatsapp profile and not to mention the endless phone calls. </p> <p>Phoning telkom customer care is by far the biggest waste of my time and the staff at the telkom stores are just useless.They might as well go home.</p>
