Recurring issue not being helped

<p>According to your consultants a technician was supposed to help me today which did not happen. You were supposed to help me already because this is a recurring issue which you were supposed to fix already. I will now take legal action for I am paying for no internet that YOU are supposed to provide me with. Pathetic that you waste my time like this, because I know you can help me but simply don't want to. Thanks for nothing! My reference number is 155AWK180516</p>
