reconnection

I would start by saying im very disappointed withe service from telkom. my line was disconnected and yet my account was debited. i was told my services will be reconnected within 24- 48 hours, however it was not done. i haven't been using my phone for 6 days. i called in yesterday and i was told payment is not reflecting, today im told the collections department is the one that debited my acount and it will take another 24 hours for payment to be converted to another department. the agent goes to tell me that my line is not suspended i should a manual search which i have been doing all these days, telkom service is just fraustrating.
