RECONNECT MY SERVICES

My services were disconnected due to non payment. I paid the outstanding amount on the 25th of July and when I called Telkom to reconnect my services I'm told stories about how it could take 7 days to reconnect my services. What I want to know is will Telkom reimburse me for the days I did not have connection because I'm paying a full months fee yet I now find myself having to buy a sim card from another provider just to make calls as Telkom cannot provide me with a service I have paid for? Stop playing games and reconnect my ser6
