Reconnect my number! Stop debiting my account without providing services!

I have a contract with telkom but my line got suspended out of nowhere, in the middle of the month. This was 4 months ago. Telkom has since been debiting my account without reconnecting my line. I decided to reverse my money because after calling the call centre a million times and going to different stores still my number is disconnected. This is my last attempt at getting that number connected and getting 4 months worth of data and airtime. I am going to revering money again if this is not solved and will never pay for this useless line ever again. I dont care if this messes up my credit record but I will not have thousands of rands debited from my account for no service. Short out this sh*t asap!
