Reconcider other network providers.
I've been having issues with internet connection since 14th March 2024 and constantly being told a technician will attend to the issue and contact me. It's the 2nd April 2024 in this period i was contacted once by the technician and the call got dropped, he never called back my issue is still not resolved. I paid my debit order. I can't access the internet. My advise please reconcider other networks instead.

17 Apr 2024, 10:28Can you believe it is the 17th April 2024 and my issue still exist. after calling almost everyday and listening to the same **** "a technician will call back" and never does. People please reconsider joining Telkom mobile I've been with them for more than 5 years and i think it's time i call it quits. As you can see they don't even bother to comment on here as well.
