Recharging problem

Hello Hellopeter I'm writing a complaint against Telkom,yesterday I bought R20 airtime voucher redeemed it I was owing R6 ETU. Telkom deducted R20 whereby they should only deducte the R6 ETU I was owing they deducted R20 instead .Today I tried to recharge they sent me a sms that I'm blacklisted from recharges this network is full of **** I want my R14 and reason why I'm blacklisted now I can't make important calls because of them.
