Recharging Airtime Issues

Telkom has the most trashy service I bought R31 airtime and it was an emergency that I get the airtime that why I used the capitec app but the money was deducted out of my account but when I check the balance it was 0.00 I tried calling over 9 times because this is the third time they are doing this to deducting money but then I get no airtime the other times they promised to reverse it but they never did and I am really ****ed off now
