Receiving and Processing of Refund

I have requested my refund after I have paid my account in full, I have been sent from pillar to post for the last month in terms of processing of my refund. My reference number is ***7. Telkom is the worst service provider I ever had contact with. I will not recommend to any customer to use Telkom in future.
