Received my parcel with wifi router missing...

I received my parcel just after 11 today and only opened it when I got home. I now see that the wifi router is missing and I'm really upset that I didn't check the package when the courier got me to sign the papers!!! It was a sealed packet so the fault must be on Telkoms side that they just did not put the router in the box as it was open inside the packet. I refuse to be held liable for this and if I do not get my router then I am cancelling this contract and Telkom will not see a cent of their money.
