Received Faulty Mobile & Bad Attitude

I bought the Huawei P8 lite on contract from the Kolonnade Retail Park Store on the 18th and on the 23rd of December I wanted to use the camera but it wouldn't focus and other times when you went into the camera app it would only show a black screen and then the app would close. Returned the phone on the 24th to Ada-Marie. I was told immediately that they will not replace the phone because they don't have stock of this phone it can only be booked in and repaired. I have had the miss fortune to deal with Ada before. She is the most aggressive, rude, arrogant and overall unpleasant person I have been forced to deal with in my life. I don't want the phone repaired I wanted it replaced. The manager was called and she said they will source a phone for me but with no proof of her promise I had to send the phone for repairs. I then phoned the Telkom mobile agents and asked what I needed to do to cancel the contract. Still no return call from her manager. I have cancelled my dsl line and Telkom line because of bad service and struggled months to get my account finalized. I don't know why I thought Telkom Mobile's service would be any better with such *********** frontline staff.
