reap off with no network

I requested a wifi with Telkom which gave me a lot of network issues which i reported still wasnt fixed and i requested a cancellation as service provided aint working for me i was forced which it doesnt work for me as i am working from home it cost me a lot tp pay them for nothing yet again buy date or head to the office, i got another service provider then stopped telkom but monthly their on my acc when i call no answer and they never bother to call just emails
